There are many benefits for buyers and sellers of real estate to use a Realtor®  here in Rhode Island. In the old days, a Realtor®  would be the conduit for finding the home of your dreams. Technology has given the consumer a plethora of information about homes and properties on the market 24 hours a day. The Realtor® of the past used to spread the word for sellers through word of mouth advertising in order to attract buyers to their listings. Although this still happens today, the blasts of social media and Internet advertising is dominating the real estate market in Rhode Island.
